Anybody know where i could get replacement headphone/microphone set that connects to my zumo 660 plugs..?

Thankyou

Sorry - don't understand the question ! Did you get a headphone/microphone with your 660 ?
I didn't. Maybe I should have!
I had to return the 660 itself at one point, and I just sent the GPS itself back, kept the accessories and they sent me a whole new box, so I've got 2 mounts, etc.
But never got a headset.

I ordered my 660 - and it was faulty out-of-the-box. Was sent back to Garmin - took 2 weeks to get back to me...... replaced with a Refurbished unit even though I paid the extra for a new unit rather than an "NOH" - and they only sent the unit back.. buggerall else... :comfort

No the 660 does not come with a headset,I think Horse1200 was asking if there was any headset he could use. Most people use a Starcom/Autocom arrangement, but i think you might be able to cobble together a wired headset, try Maplins.

When I had my Quest I did this and I continued to use it with my StreetPilot 2720. A pair of mylar speakers from Maplin (the smallest 45mm), some wire and a suitable jack-plug was all that I needed along with a soldering iron, solder and heat-shrink that I already had. Cost about £12 for the parts ISTR. Audio quality wasn't HiFi and for those sat navs was mono but worked well up to motorway speeds, even more-so with the 2720 and it's speed sensitive volume. The output from the Quest and 2720 was sufficient to drive the speakers without any amplification.

I used lead under my fuel tank with a second female/male jack-plug joint for convenience.

Bought my first Autocom whilst I had the 2720 and it's much better, and far more versatile, but cost a bit more.

I wish they would bundle a headset, like you get with the TT rider. I haven't really been able to get a cheap solution to taking phone calls via the 660.

Forgot to mention that my home made headset was just for listening to the GPS, no mic as the Quest and 2720 had no facility for that anyway.
