This may have been asked before but what the hell. Looking to get gps and used to garmin so the 660 seems favourite. But what is the difference between 660 NOH and 660 LM . Both seem to have lifetime mapping and are the same size.

NOH = Newly Overhauled, may look like new, act like new and have the same warranty as new.

LM = Lifetime updates, ie don't need to pay for updating the mapping as long as you own if AND Garmin think it's not obsolete. Possible the 660 may be deemed "obsolete" as the internal memory can't accept the whole of the City Nav EU mapping without some actions.

I think that's probably unlikely any time soon, you can still update the Zumo 550 and for that matter it seems that my StreetPilot 2720 (circa 2005) is still eligible for updates according to my myGarmin account.
