GARMIN BMW Navigator III - falling off??

Can anyone help.....

I have a Garmin Nav III and leave it on the bike all the time, I must say I do wonder if its safe with that tiny little clip locking it in to place???

Is this really secure?? has anyone had any problems??? does it ever fall off!!??

I was just wondering if anyone had problems..or do others ensure it doesn't come off via a safety chain set up???

Do it up properly and it will stay put, even off road
