Sent the bike down a Danish road last weekend to the tune of £5K+. Got all the bits home 'cept the Quest's antenna. Rang Romsey for an RMA number and four working days later I had a fully functioning GPSR back in the mail - all for free

Good company

They do have some critics but they have been good to me. Like a fool I registered my 2610 not long before the cut off date for the latest map ugrade , sent one email slightly begging and they sent me a voucher number so I could do it for free.
Saved me £45 - £50.

When I get home I'll add to this the email address of one of the UK guys that handled my last enquiry... I email direft to him and he never complains or passes me to the helpdesk roundabout....

That would be great. I've so far sent two emails over a three week period and no reply. ..They never answer the phone either. It would be really good to get some sort of customer service!

I've called them several times - usually a wait of no more than 5 mins. As their stated policy is to stay with a customer until the query is resolved I can live with the wait
