Just replaced my sports watch, so this is now surplus to requirements.
If you have used one of these, you'll know that most of the technology is in the software on your phone.
It's great for tracking fitness stuff, or just wearing as a (cheap in this case) watch.
It charges from USB (using an odd cable) - but it charges from USB in an hour or so.
But here's the rub, the battery doesn't hold charge as well as it used to. As a watch it's great, and lasts 5 days between-charging easily. However if you start using functions (like GPS for tracking your runs or cycle rides) then it draws the battery down quite quickly.
There are kits for replacing the battery
