Cool, I considered this idea but couldn't see a clean way of bolting the diamond RAM to the Garmin bracket.

Can you do some close up pics of the bracket and ball without the GPS in place?

Hey Adam,
I can send you some more pics if you email me.

I tried to get an address from your profile but no luck.

It was easy to attach the diamond mount to the garmin thing. Small allen screws and nylock nuts. The rubber in between actually provides the stability.
