A few pics of my GPS setup. If you manage to get a cheap GPS, this is a simple and relatively cheap setup. As it is quite difficult to get to the Ram mount bolt, it should be quite safe to leave the GPS in the aquabox, with a small pad-lock, for short stops. Only downside is that you have to make two holes to attach the Ram mount plate to the bike. I also made a connection in the cable, which allows you to remove the aquabox when not needed. Hardwired to the battery, used the power cable that came with the GPS, just included a in-line fuse.
