For Sale Garmin powered mount brand new in box

I'd suggest that you show the connector that goes into the mount, specifically the pins, or unwrap the lead to see if it has a small box in it. This will then inform a buyer if its a XT2 / 3 mount you're selling, which the boxes suggest.
If it's a XT2 mount the pins on it are 12v, the XT uses only 5v on the pins because of the box mentioned above.

I spoke to Garmin and was told that either lead was fine on the XT device.

The box clearly states xt2....And the block with the hole in it looks just like mine which is an xt2
Interesting but it was sold to me for a XT2. I guess people can look n see what they have or need and decide.

The box clearly states XT 2. and it’s a 12v lead not the 5 volt version you’re getting confused with.
On a different point I phoned Garmin again this morning just to ask and was told that either power lead would charge a XT 2. So that’s all as clear as mud
