Just noticed the upgrade to 2.70 available as of May 20. There was a long period between 2.50 and 2.60 and then straight away out comes 2.70. Looking at the differences I noticed the following:
Changes made from version 2.60 to 2.70:
Problems Corrected:
Recalculating a route didn't prompt for calculation method.
POI and waypoint symbols with a red cross were changed to use a blue cross to avoid confusion.
Corrected operation of the detour function, which was broken in version 2.50.
Features Added:
Added support for new features in the upcoming MapSource City Navigator release.
Check out the last change - are they telling me I've just spent $175 to change from City Navigator v5 to v6 and there's ANOTHER version coming out? I had better bl**dy qualify for a free upgrade...
