Yes.

Not a full one, ie AB1 2 and then you can't put in the "XX" of AB1 2XX. The 2610 doesn't have a "full" one either.

You can't search on Postcodes alone - but you can use part of the Postcode to narrow down a search. Eg if you search for Waterloo Terrace there may be 28 in the UK, but by putting in SA31 1 as well, you can narrow it down to just one.
