As per title .... pal has asked me if anyone would be interested in an old Garmin StreetPilot 2610. You just need to donate £20.00 to a charity of your choice and I will post it to you at my expense :thumby:

First PM secures.

I don't know much about it. It comes with a Touratech locking mounting. No key but the lock is easy to get at.
Comes with a box of cables, CD's, three Compact Flash cards, and grubby Garmin case!

Couple of marks on the screen .....

Thanks for looking :beerjug:

That's a blast from the past. I used one of these on my first big Overland trip around South America in 2007. Great unit. Took a lot of abuse. I used the same one on my UK to Capetown trip in 2010. It would still take OSmaps today and work okay. If you turned the detail right down.

It would look look on a modern classic eh.

Old gold
Still one of the best motorcycle GPS…..for actually navigating where you want to go

I still have my old unit. They work very well with Garminised OSM maps......I did a write up on here somewhere about it. It was my first GPS and compared to maps and road numbers taped to the tank I thought I'd entered the space age :D

Oh and 12-24V as well so a power transformer is not required.

Going to Mad-dawg .... he beat JoeGrimes to it by ten minutes. Sorry Joe :comfort
