Garmin to Tom Tom on a MAC for LongWalesRound Event

Hia Guys,
Im after some help finalising the route plans for the LongWalesRound bike run i'm organising. (theres a stickie around here somewhere) Ive got the routes on Garmin Basecamp but want to make copies for Tomtom users and maybe google earth or maps for people without satnavs. Unfortunately i'm IT inept, others have pointed me towards TYRE and ITN but im using my wife's MAC and these don't speak to each other apparently. Any help gratefully received!

Not sure if your sorted yet??? I use a program called GPSBabel on my Mac to convert point of interests into various formats/devices. It's a free download. Here's a link to it
