Garmin V + World Map ?

I am planning going through Estonia down to Balkan and finish in Greece. My Garmin V with City Select does not support those countries. What should I do? Thinking about buying WorldMap. Or does anyone else have any other good idea what to do.

European City select V6 has the main roads in estonia and beyond but thats about it! there are a few towns on that have no roads showing!

Thank´s. But is on the basemap then? Because there are no active grid on those countries to choose for downloading.
