Garmin VIRB

Does anyone know if the Garmin VIRB cam fits directly onto a GoPro mount?

I have the older style VIRB Elite and it came with a GoPro mount adaptor IIRC.not much help if you have one of the later square ones but they are current enough to find the 'what's in the box' details on the web.

the plastic shell will take go pro mounts

Yes the Virb X and Virb XE uses GoPro mounts as standard
