gearbox and fd lube

could someone please give me the info of final drive and gearbox oils,the exact capacitys and grade of oils please ,also is it the same stuff in both .
doesnt need doing yet ,but just for future reference.

Oh god! Oil again!

Gearbox 0.7 litres. Drain it off, fill it through the fill hole until it runs out the filler hole..... Job done.

Final drive 180ml injected in through the backplate hole. Different age bikes have different fill holes. Have a look with the wheel off, it's obvious ish.

Oil types, read he manual really. A can of worms will be opened re oil types but here goes

Castrol SAF-XO in FD (now rebranded as syntrax long life) and cheap synthetic GL-5 from halfords in the gearbox.
