Somewhere between a rock and a hard place.
My wife has asked what i would like off santa, and after being told that Kate Beckinsale:spank has already sold out, i had a long think and came up with the idea of a bit of seat re-modelling. My GSA seat starts getting uncomfatable after about 2 hrs and after a few hundred miles actually leaves bruising, so, can anyone recommend a seat/seat maker/insert? Ta Muchly!

I have re-covered seats in the past, and have given this some thought.

If I was to do it, I would be tempted to buy a memory foam pillow, and rip the memory foam bit out and use that.
I have been half looking for a spare seat to have a play with :)

If you have long enough legs, and a deep enough wallet, Corbin seats take some beating, the Sargent I use is a vast improvement on the standard BMW seat.

I've never found gel pads/foam/recovering to be worth the cost, and I've certainly tried>

Viking Vinyl near Brands Hatch reworked my GSA seat, thinning the foam in the groin area, adding a gel covering and raising the crotch area. Original GSA cover refitted, comfort for me much improved.
