...pushrod tubes - biggish job ( ensure your exhaust headers are loosened up etc etc)
...full gasket set plus all ( three ) O rings each side and new gudgeon pin circlips ( X 2 ) why do you need circlips, you don't need to remove the pistons? plus new pushrod tubes......glad I'll be at the pub if I go !!!
Oh and a heat gun is a must !!
where do the three o-rings go then?

Gudgeon pin circlips, I don't use them as I take barrels off without pistons.
others prefer to leave the pistons in and remove gudgeon pin...
Oil seals go round the studs at the base...
Just to clarify a few points.
For Trippy and others, we will assist you with servicing your own bike not provide an opportunity for you to just watch your bike being given a free service.Yes, you will have to get your own hands dirty (although I do have hundreds of pairs of disposble gloves).
No need to worry about tools. I have a bit of a tool fetish and I'm fairly sure I'll have 99% of whats needed. Proff and/or Sherlocks can probably suppy any specialist airhead tools if needed although I will be happy to purchase any required within reason.
Time wise, we should have plenty of time as watching the servicing will be the evening entertainment.

Read on the club site tonight that people with 1150's and vans are now welcome at the event. Well done chaps 
I'm glad that it's not so secular now as I sensed a bit of elitism about the weekend until this turn around
