get to Indicator stork?

Almost finished getting my Bike (1100GS) back to pre-ridgeway-dropsy, but I am trying to work out how to fit the front right indicator stork.
How do you get to the bolt at the end of the stork that holds it on the bike, it seems to dissapear into the plastic casing.
Do I have to strip down the whole front end??

1) Screen off
2) Instruments / headlight off (don't forget the headlight adjuster)
3) Undo two M6 capscrews, one each side, remove central capscrew (under headlight)
4) lift (pry) off ally casting (headlight / screen) support
You'll then be able to get at the M12 nuts holding the indicators on.

While you're at it, fit some Fiat Panda wing mirrors, they look FAB.
