Getting a route downloaded into Make life a ride App to the BMW CRN

I need help please with my CRN before I sling it and buy a Chigee 6!
A year ago I managed to download some routes from Ride magazine to my BMW ride app and open them on my phone then when I turned on my 1300 gs they were automatically on the CRN ready to go,I have had 5 months off the bike with shoulder operations and now for the love of me cannot get them on there anymore can someone please help me out with step by step instructions for an idiot it would be much appreciated.

Have you checked that the latest maps are still on the BMW app? Mine stopped working properly a few months ago after an update and I had to reinstall the maps to the app.

I'd definitely recommend getting rid of it and going with something like chigee, carpuride, etc...

Something that happened to me often is that the app gets logged off, loggin back on would bring everything back.

But yeah, it's not the best of solutions to be fair.
