As above, I get the notifications, but when I go to ‘emails’ there’ nothing there. The last email that actually does appear is one I received at 23:15 last Friday despite having had lots of notifications since then….. hang on, I’ll check my spam folder in case they are all in there, hang on just a tick…. No, they’re not in there or in the Trash bin either. It doesn’t seem to be anything to do with my location, we have been in three different hotels since the problem started, and it’s the same in all three. WhatsApp works ok.

As we’ll be away in Italy for another couple of weeks so things could get tricky so would really good to get the issue sorted.

EDIT. Just noticed I can’t open the emails received up to Friday night, I click on the email and all that appears are the words “Something went went wrong, REFRESH” I’m on BT email, if that matters.

TIA

Ive emailed you …………

Things like this I find on an ipad and laptop are sorted by a power down leave for 15 secs then power up. Just send an email to yourself , it should come in within 30 secs to 5 mins depends how the push / pull settings are on your machine. Its unlikely to be your email host gmail etc, its likeley to be a local setting thats got confused as it jumped onto a variety of networks as you have travelled. Is your phone or other devices getting any

Stand down! Stand down!
All is well, after reading your reply we had to start the drive from Florence to Verona and have just arrived at the Hotel. To my delight it seems that the emails since Friday are now all visible, which on a foreign holiday is an immense relief I have to say, Thank you thank you for your help from us both, we are now a pair of happy bunnies once more!
