ghanging rear brake pads HELP,

took out pads and little black springy thing fell out . where does it come from?

No, it's just a fall out to confuse you thingy.

well it sucseeded, not hard to confuse me though thanks again will now fit them. is it hard and how much to fit a new rear disc. it is a little scored?
