I've just been on the blower to Calsport and they've been on the blower to the importer's i'm getting a full refund from them 
The guy at Calsport said that apparently this is the 2nd time an RT footrest has broken, the first one had been used off road and been envolved in a fall.
He said this deffinately should'nt have happened!
I'd shop with Calsport again they were very helpful and understanding.
