Since I was allowed a second bike (for when the RG fails noise testing or explodes!) at this weekend's Barry Sheene Festival at Oliver's Mount, my sweet Ginger unit has been treated to some proddie plates, tyres and lockwire, Yay!:bounce1

The RG silencers don't do much silencing, but while the BMW should pass the noise test OK, the clock is VERY loud!:)

The old bus didn't disgrace herself (unlike her temperamental 2-stroke stablemate who soiled 4 plugs and tried to kill me on the damp bits

Keeping ahead of the TZs :D

Bouncing over the jumps (so very much friendlier at this point than the RG) trying to tuck my belly in :blast

It turned out that none of the other bikes had a tyre pump fitted under the seat either! Sports bike riders are so irresponsible; How do they expect to get back to the paddock if they get a puncture at the far end of the circuit? :blast

It was so good I'm hopefully taking it to Dalby Forest for the November speed Hillclimb too, then praying for rain so I can use my heated grips in front of the 'proper' bikes. :D

I could take the two-stroke off your hands if you're fed up of stink-wheels?

Ooh thanks! :D

Although it's not taking up as much room now it's in bits again:blast (Sticky out engines on Airheads take up most of the room).

There's one for sale on ebay today too, if you fancy spending all your future earnings on avgas and spark plugs; another 77 MK2 within about 50 miles of me, which is a rare occurrence.
