Givi Mono key fitting kit

Hi, first post, be kind.
I'm doing some research on the r1200rt 2010.
I already have a Givi simply 46l topbox fitted to my Burgman and don't see the need to buy another case for a potential 1200rt.

Would a e251 universal fitting kit be the answer, so that I can just swap the case between bikes?

For the 2010 RT you need Givi's E193 kit which includes the E250 plate. Here's a link to the product sheet and fitting instructions - LINK.

I had a Givi V46 Tech box on the back of my 2012 RT using this rack/kit - much better looking and considerably cheaper than the BMW original.

I got the Givi monokey universal fitting kit, works fine for me and from what I can see looks the same on the bike.

Thanks both for your replies. It would appear that both kits will do so I'll have a bit of a read up and hopefully get one to work.
