Recently sold my 2023 R1250GS Adventure (chopped it in for the 1300) and have a Givi Monokey M3 adaptor plate available for sale. This is more of a universal plate rather than a dedicated plate for the R1250 but it fitted fine to the standard rear rack on my bike. Comes with some fittings that i used to "clamp" it to the rear rack but you might need other bolts to use it with your particular bike.
