Givi panniers with BMW top box??

Evening ladies and gents,
As the topic suggests, want fit some givi panniers to my 2010 800gs with the BMW top of fitted.
Checked tinternet and cant work out if the pannier racks would fit with the original BMW rack and topbox.
Anyone done this or know if you can?

I've got SW Motech quick release pannier racks with Givi fittings on my F8GS along with a Vario top box, so it is possible.
Don't use Givi side boxes meself, it's just that the racks came with them! I've knocked up a mounting system for some peli cases that I've acquired

You can use any combination you like! I have Metal Mule panniers and a Givi top box on mine...
