Hi,

Does anyone know if you can remove the top monokey lug completely (unscrew?) on the Givi PLR5108 pannier rack please.

I would like to fit some non-Givi soft panniers that require a flush tubular pannier rack. I understand that the bottom two lugs on the Givi rack can be easily unscrewed.

Any assistance greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Yes, the top monokey lug can be removed. It is secured to the pannier frame with two hex head bolts which are hidden by a plastic cover. I know this because I had to adjust the position of the top lug (by inserting a couple of washers) to get my panniers to fit properly.

Many thanks RichardD, you are a saviour! :thumb2
