Givi Sr5108

Hi I am sure somebody posted an item that showed the fitting of said kit onto there LC but i can not find it now
Why i am i looking, well i have the top part of the sr5108 and would like the dimension and part details of the adapter plate so i can fit said kit to my bike.
Would there be anybody out there who could send me the measurements or knock one up for me???
Givi will not supply the adapter plate and its nuts and bolts as a separate item, they will only sell it as a complete kit.

There doesn't seem to be any available info from GIVI on this part at the moment (I'm a GIVI stockist), the official PDF is empty but I did find these which may or may not be useful...

Hi Thanks for pic's, i did contact givi before posting the item and they did say that i could buy through a givi dealer. I did go to my local BMW / givi dealer and when they enquired they informed dealer that it was not sold individually. in other words you have to by the full kit M5 plate and adapter plate. It just seems a bit unreasonable of givi, what happens if you damage/ break either item.

Givi have emailed Italy for me to see if its possible to special order the kit on its own. I'll let you know what they say. Word of warning though, special order parts can take a while to arrive in my experience.

Hi, GIVI (UK) have conformed that the kit is available as a special order (3-4 weeks). They are going to get back to me with a price, PM me if you want me to look into ordering one for you.

Just had confirmation that the kit they list is just the bolts and does not contain the metal mounting plate which you are after, its only available with the complete kit. Sorry I couldn't help on this occasion.

hi i did have the base plate and top for givi as i have put the full givi wing rack on my gs the plat and top givi plat sould on gumtree for £35 i did ask on here but as a new b it was not in the right place and was taken off

There is a French company advertising the bracket for 88 Euros on eBay, but you can get the whole assembly for £68 delivered from Italy.

I just bought a Givi V47 top box from them at a bargain price and it arrived within a week. I forgot to order the GS LC mounting plate though

Bit off topic but the Givi alloy plate does look so much better and fits a lot neater as well

I'm considering buying the ali version, but Givi state the max loading is only 6kg - a fully loaded top box must weigh 3 or 4 times this much

Well thanks for everyones input. I have ordered the alu one from italy at £90. Anyone want a givi M5 black plate on its own for £20 free p&p??
