Givi sr964 top box plate with genuine panners

I've just got an 1150 that has genuine plastic panniers. Ive got a givi e45 box which I am thinking of getting the 1150 fixing kit for so I can use the box if needed. Does anyone know if this rack fits ok with the genuine pannier rails?

Hi , I use the original plastic pannier rails and have fitted a Givi top plate which allows use of Givi top boxes, all fine and dandy, don't interfere with each other! Cheers ,
