Anyone have any experience, good or bad, with Givi Tanklock bags? They look like the kind of thing I'd like but I'm an old cynic and prefer real world experience to marketing BS.
Cheers.

I have a Tanklock ring on my GSA and two different bags to clip onto it.
Great system, IMHO.

Cheers :aidan
The only thing I'm bothered about is if it fouls the bars or switchgear when on full lock manoeuvring in car parks and stuff. I had a baglux on my ZX12 and it was brilliant apart from this annoying trait.

You can get them in different sizes. They are brilliant. There is a slight bit of adjustment in the mounting about a inch or so. While every combination cannot be for seen my 15 litre bag does not foul the bars on my l/c GSA . JJH

Use them on all my bikes. Simple solution that carries all your essentials and is removed in jiffy to take with you. Good quality and as has been said here already, there are a variety of options.

Also look at the Kappa range, these are made by the same people and use the same ring system and are comparable. It just widens your options :thumb2

For great prices on Givi and Kappa products, make sure you check out the "outlet" section of the website.

Got one on the Rockster.....great bit of kit. Got a smallish one, 12 ltrs I think, carry handle and the (included) shoulder strap make it ideal for taking with you. Dead easy to fit and remove.
Only problem for me, and this seems to go for the vast majority of tank bags, is that it's not waterproof without fitting the supplied condom.

I've ridden for hours on end in really heavy rain and the contents of the Givi bag have never got wet (never used the rain cover ☔)
