To the rider of the red and silver 1200 GS with grey/silver jacket who passed me at around 3:30 P.M. today in the new miller dam area of Wakefield.
1. Not a good idea to pass like a f****g idiot just before a blind 90 degree bend.
2. Always try and make the corner, DONT bottle it (like you did) and go straight on (like you did).
3. In front of a bus (like you did).
4. All arms and legs (like you were)
5. And once I saw you were O.K. make me laff (like you did).
Take it steady mate, dont finish up a statistic.
I was on the yellow 1150.

:spitfire :spitfire :spitfire looks like a good candidate for the better riders ( see post) don't you think the numpty gives :ukgser
A BAD NAME:nenau

I ride the same road nearly everyworkday, for 5 years, in all weathers on the GS. The bend is a high point, I can get toes down in the dry most times and it makes me laugh out loud. When this guy (i think) passed me going into it I thought f*** me these new 1200s must be brilliant if he/she has that much confidence.

Im glad the rider was OK but he cant have known the road and if he had been moments later I think he would have hit the bus. Ive done dumb things, I suppose most riders have made mistakes, we all get better by learning from them (or get dead). I hope he has.

Off for a beer now, ride safe gents/ladies:beer:    :beerjug:
