Well that’s it really, I’m looking for a nice glamping pod where I can take my two dogs and the pod must be en-suite.

Location can be anywhere between Durness and Ullapool, I can’t find bugger all.

Does anyone know of any such place? Please….

PS It helps to say, “Please”…. So I’ve inserted the very simple word for you. The ‘Thank you” you can do yourself.

MUST it absolutely be on the NC500? I note you don't give a date either but if you are planning on any time this summer, I'd forget it! The NC500 has become a victim of its success. It's rammed and there's lots of tales of unpleasantness by visitors. Then there's the weather and the midges.

Why not try somewhere else? A quick search showed upo this https://www.campsites.co.uk/search/camping-pods-in-scotland/dundee-and-angus/angus/peel-farm

That puts you within range of the Angus glens, Don and Deeside, Highland Perthshire and the coastal towns of Arbroath and Dundee. All great places either for bike trips or for cultural/museum visits etc. Yes, even Dundee! :D

Kylesku Lodges. Stayed there many moons ago.

Yes it has to be the NC500. People say the NC500 has become a victim of its own success but it’s been popular for many years now, as has Skye. That doesn’t deter me from going though, I just take my time, enjoy the scenery and go at my own steady pace.
P.S.
The link you provided says no dogs permitted it says. 👍

Yes, I saw that after I posted. My point stands however. There are plenty of other places to stay in lovely parts of Scotland. Good luck with your search.

I would search in the middle of the area, inland from the NC500 route. Most folk don't venture off it so more chance of finding somewhere and you can easily reach the main road. Start looking from perhaps Bonar Bridge and inland from there.

It's been a major struggle but I have managed to get four nights accommodation booked on and around the NC500.

Hopefully the next time my Mrs announces she wants to visit somewhere as popular as the NC500 she'll give me a little more bloody notice! 😂😂

Thanks for all the suggestions. 👍

Can you tell the forum where, please. It might be useful to others, looking for the same or similar. Thank you.
Hi yes I will do, as soon as I’ve been and returned I’ll give an update and then I can comment whether any of the places were any good or not. 👍
