Hi Guys, any of you live near or pass through Glen Coe ? Im looking to come up and do some photography but i want some nice snow topped mountains. Is it snowy there at the moment ? Its a long way for me to come (450 miles) so i need to make sure the conditions are right. Also interested in doing Glenshee area if anyone knows the current conditions.

Thanks

It was snowing there two days ago according to the BBC.....................

Sad news.:rose

Dunno about Glenshee conditions but Glencoe is slightly more than snow capped. Did you not see the conditions on the weekend news? 3 men lost their lives in an avalanche on Buachaille Etive Mor at the head of the glen.

Edit: Betty Swollocks hadn't posted when I typed...

yep - my mates took great delight in texting me to let me know how good the skiing was today whilst I was in meetings

I went up in Oct / Nov and the Glen Coe pass was very white then with snow capped mountains.
