Looking forward to the run on Sunday and aware that I dont know any of you lot, but will be nice to meet up, is there a format for the run and a route yet kyle? I mentioned to a fellow GSer so he will be along also.

i will be going over the route on thursday.
the format will be me at the front, chubbythumper at the back.using the tried and trusted drop off method.
go as easy or as hard as you want(just dont pass me
)all else as in first post.

did a recce over a small part of the run today
mostly underwater
was hoping to suss a spot for lunch but didnt get that far so we'll just have to wing it
also some of the route i have not had time to get over and doubt if i will unless i can get out for a while sat.
