Go Pro mounting kits

I've recently acquired a GoPro 11 black and want to use it on my next Alaska jaunt.

The rental bikes we use all have ram ball mounts on the bars so can anyone advise on the set up they use from that base?

short arm then the gopro to ball adaptor

short arm to stop too much vibration
