Why, they are a PITA to keep clean?

I’d be going for cast black ones, which are much easier to clean.

I quite agree, I was sucked in by the aesthetics of gold rims and shiny spokes.

I thought that but having owned the black and now the gold, I’d say the gold is easier.

You’re kidding? That textured finish on the gold ones is a bloody nightmare to keep clean. If I hadn’t already have sorted some black ones, I’d have bitten your hand off on this one (nicely of course!) I might be tempted to sell the gold wheels mind
