Good Bunkhouse/Hotel in Snowdonia

Looking to arrange a Wales ride at the end of Sept for a few mates. My two favourite biking hotels have no availability (or don’t like me), so looking for alternatives. Quite like the idea of a bunk house. Can anyone recommend one – ideally within easy walking/rolling distance of a pub that does food and maybe breakfast? 5 – 10 headcount

Alternatively I’m open to any suggestions of Hotels/Pubs.
