It starts at Llandovery, mid Wales.
There's 3 laps of 35 miles off road, with two special timed stages per lap

There is a verrry nice staff nurse at Abergavenny hospital who looked after me last year after my HP2 acrobatics.

Promise to try harder this year....

FIRST AID: Ambulances will be located at both Special Stages. The nearest Casualty Hospital is located at Carmarthen.

But I won’t needing there assistants
