I bought a Acumens CAT 3.1 alarm off eBay for my GS PD before Christmas and now it's stopped working, so I called Acumens direct to ask for help I spoke to a guy name David who was very helpful but unfortunately the alarm still did not work. Although I didn't buy the alarm directly from them he told me to return it and he would send me out a replacement unit, he never ask for proof of purchase or anything. What bloody good service. These days it hard to find good service like that.
