Hi guys,

Just bought a set of 3 Vario cases for my new 1250GS that i'm picking up next week. Can anyone recommend a set of 3 inner bags for them? See lots of eBay but not sure which ones to go for. Don't want to pay the silly money for the BMW ones!

Cheers

Bmw ones are awful, really tiny i would avoid, as you are doing! i had them on my 2014 with varios, unless the design has changed they dont hold very much.

There was a set of side bags in the for sale section I dont know if they will fit the 1250 panniers.

Just packed my panniers to go to France and the BMW ones are shit. They take up most of the pannier and wedge under the expanding handle. I had aftermarket ones on my 2014 GS and they were much better.
Anyone have a link to these 'Advent' ones?

I bought these a few months back and used them for a big trip around the alps, loved them. Good quality, they expand and fitter perfectly my panniers:

That specific model might be for the HEX head but they definitely do have them for the LC too. Found the side pocket super handy to store some tools and fits perfectly on the small empty portion on the exhaust side. Great communication from the seller too.

I also bought the Great Bikers Gear bags from ebay and they are a great fit and so far have been excellent value

Just the ticket! Thanks, ordered!

I hope the eBay set work for you. They're not the same as the Amazon bags. Coincidently enough, the eBay seller is trading using the same name as the Amazon seller, but they are completely different businesses. The ebay shop is called greatbikersgear_uk operating from an address in Leicester. The Amazon seller trading as GREAT BIKERS GEAR is a limited company operating in Birmingham.

I bought these inner bags (set of three) in May 2019 @ £55.08 and they performed well.:thumb2

However, I've subsequently bought a full set of the BMW OEM bags from a forum member @ £115
The RRP for a full new set from your local friendly BMW dealer is £360

FYI; I've just noticed these items which are being sold by a forum member. However, they're not the same specification as the more expensive OEM ones (@ £360)

BIN LINERS ARE GREAT! the trouble with bags is that not only are you carrying too much crap, but you are now carrying 3 bags as well !! Minimalist is bestist.

Kathy's Journey Designs.

Good quality. Lots of pretty colours to choose from.

Not the cheapest but definitely tough. I've had mine for 7 years and taken them all over the shop. Still in good nick...
