Well after almost six years of ownership, my R9T Scrambler is off to new ownership. Someone will end up with an immaculate, low mileage bike. The good news for everyone else
is that the shed load of BMW, Wunderlich, Akrapovic, Wilburs and other bits and bobs that currently adorn the bike are slowly being stripped off as the bike is returned to standard. They will be appearing in the For Sale section on here over the coming weeks so if there is anything that takes your fancy, keep an eye out (y)

A lovely looking thing, can I ask why you've not tried it sell it as is ? (I can imagine the parts sold seperately is the way to go...but you never know)

It's going in part exchange and as such, although the extra bits would undoubtedly make the bike easier to shift for the dealer, they won't add anything to the part exchange value for me. The dealer is aware that the bike is going back to basic.

I’ve just sent you a pm, And ignore parts of it. :blast

Nice bike Bob.

Looks like a Wunderlich rear rack to me. If it is, any chance of a photo without the pannier, showing how the side carrier and rear rack fit together?

I'm about to go the same route, assuming they can be fitted together.

Richard - sorry, just read this. It's a Unit Garage rack. In short I had the Wunderlich one prior to deciding I wanted the pannier as well. I had read that the two were not compatible so flogged the Wunderlich rack and bought the Unit Garage one. I used a spacer on the left hand side under the rack mounting point to replicate the depth of the pannier fixing point to even everything out. Had not issues at all otherwise.
I've just taken the rack off so have no photos of how the two went together for you. Sorry.

The only modern Beemer I’ve any interest in, just stunning. Why not advertise it on here and maybe realise a few extra sheckles?

Well the bike was taken away a couple of weeks ago (apparently it sold very quickly and the new owner is well chuffed) and most of the bits have now been sold on.
Still available is the BMW tank bag (£80.00) and the BMW engine bash plate (£65.00) - For Sale posts with full details are in the 'Bike Related Items' section. Prices include UK postage.
The Wunderlich Centre Stand will also be put up when I can find some appropriate packaging for it....

Hi Bob,

I’m newly returned to this forum - this time with a 2020 R NineT Scrambler

I’m interested in the stand (if still available)

I’m in Cornwall, but one sister is in Bucks (Cookham Dean)
