MVA training, three days on the mats practising take-downs, secure NON pain compliant holds, swapovers, role playing where the assessors (both of them young and EXTREMELY well built) started by teaching then changed up gradually to the full-on test role play where they struggled like (in fairness) a PD or ASD person does.......
Had to pass to carry on......can't complain at that 'cos it's 100% necessary, but fuck me I'm battered and sore!

Thank you all. I didn't expect such an emotional response. OK I'll stay. I didn't realise that there were reports on other makes on here (didn't look because I was only interested in the 1150GS). I am still here despite flogging the R1150GS in 2011. Rode a Super Tenere for a while but now have a Tracer.
