Google Street View Displaying just a black background

OK....Had no problems with Google Maps and used their street view a number of times without any problem. However all I get now is the initial map and when I click and pull the small man avator over the area to open up the street view, then all goes black ( hovering with the little man over the area displays a small pic of what I need to see but once I click on the man then all goes black )

Any known problems and easy fix would be appreciated.

Done a couple of page snapshots to explain better......

First pic is when little man avator is dragged over to image a location...shows details in minor window..but when expecting the larger pic of streetview to open up...black box appears

Downloaded the codecs for DivX and all OK again

I'd be surprised if it was DivX codecs that caused that.....Flash player maybe, did you get a flash update this week?
