The goretex liner has finally given up in my Rallye I enduro suit's trews, so I wanted a replacement.
I had a look at the dealer price for these & decided to watch for some on eBay.de & found that the liners are interchangeable between different suits. BMW only do 2 basic designs, I believe. One with a zip around the waist, fixing the liner to the pants, & the other has press-studs securing it.
The upshot is that my Rallye1 pants take the zip type liner & these are now being used in the SavannahII pants & others. Ia lso have a SavannahI suit The pants in these take the stud type liner, which is also used in other suits. Instead of paying £110, I got one BNWT for about £70 delivered. It's worth checking the current suits & watching out for the appropriate liner coming up on eBay. The jackets work to the same principle, but aren't necessarily the same for each suit ie: While the SavannahII pant
liner fits the Rallye I, the Savannah II jacket liner doesn't, but the Rallye II one does & so does the Savannah I jkt liner... You can see why it took me a while to figure what alternates there are
I hope that all helps someone else to a dry winter bargain...
