I ride mid Wales a lot, some previous land slides, or dangerous soft verges, on minor roads just have traffic lights and one way traffic instead of repairs, some have been like that for over 8 years to my knowledge!

Thanks for posting!
That is why I was trying to plot my route the other night and it would not get the road I wanted. Then life got other plans for me and didn't even go for a ride...
I rode Gospel pass las year and it's a very nice ride.
Looking forward to reopening. I guess you can still go up from Hay on Wye.
