Just been reading some of the off-road threads, and it looks like WAY TOO MUCH fun not to be doing it, 'specially as my 1100 isn't exactly brand new....
Which leads me to the thread question. Which crash bars?
Do most of you still recommend the Hepco & Becker bars? If so are motorworks still the place of choice for them? Also noticed that they can be a right bugga to fit...not being engineered spot-on. (That was the case with a set of pannier frames i wrestled with for a few hours) Did they ever get round to English instructions?
If H&B bars are not the bars of choice then ignore previous paragraph rant...
