Lining is removable and washable, comes with 2 keys. Couple of tiny (a mm or 2) scratches on the top rail, but you'll probably scratch it more the first time you strap something to it.

£300+ froma shop, I guess £150 seems fair? Can courier it for <£10 by a proper courier.
Much cheaper than a 'proper' one, and you wouldn't notice any different.
No longer riding at the moment, not sure I'll ever be getting back on 2 wheels so no point waiting to fit it to the next bike.
