GPS 60C update for the software

Latest software allows you to turn on or off mapsets (great for switching between city select/Navigator and worldmap in Ireland)
And shows percentages when calculating routes.

How do you get the upgrade ?

You download it free from www.garmin.com look for the software upgrade button on the left of their screen and scroll down until you see the applicable upgrade for whatever GPS unit you use. You then save a zip file to your PC and launch it . By connecting up your GPS to your PC the software pretty much self installs. It's real easy.

I agree with Richie - the v3.50 seems better and I like the new features - what I have seen of them so far. I actually now have an arrow on my compass !!!!! Horray !!
