GPS warehouse

On monday called up and ordered A QUEST and the powered mount and a ram mount from GPS warehouse as!!!!!they had them in stock . delivery would be following day.

wednesday still no news so called them up guess what

QUEST not in stock untill 3rd June..............leave on european trip on the 2nd.

this is totally crap service perhaps it is because when i ordered the stuff i said i had found their details on this web site .

who can honestly complete this order for £414!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Must say I've had a few dealings with them and service so far has been first class.

Look on the bright side I brought a Quest from them on impulse because I was going to Germany...

If they did'nt have them in stock I'd be 350quid better off now!

Hamish, if you have no joy to get one in time, send me a mail, you could have my kit, get yours sent to me, mine is only two months old and all upgraded, even with the mapping installed you will be useing.

Sorry to hear your unfortunate position, not good at all!!

Although i have to say in my dealings with GPSW i don't actually think your case is a "typical" example of their customer service, while i feel for your situation, i do think it needs to be said that yours is the exception, not the rule...

I can't speak for everyone, but i've been very happy with my service from them. (same package as you've ordered)

Good luck sourcing a replacement in time....

Thanks for your call earlier. The RAM mount (RAM-B-149Z-Q1) is going from GPSW today as its was ready and waiting.

I hear that Quest GPS systems have been moving fast from GPSW and they are awaiting the next shipment.

If it helps and FYI .., I have access to a 'new' Quest unit which is being used for promotional pics and is ready for when QPAC sample arrives. If you get stuck and not able to get a Quest GPS, then you can take this one, but contact me again, before Friday.

I seem to have been the victim of circumstance.

Between checking stock status and placing order with GPS warehouse the last few quests etc were "order picked" and when it came to processing mine none left.

I have sourced what I need and "should" be here for the Weekend.

With the help of RAM Man (thank you) GPS w are sending the right Ram mount.
so with luck I am sorted.

I have paid a visit to Les (see above) and thanked him personally for his very kind and generous offer, cheers mate.(only met the guy twice at Gsers meeting)

demand is high so I seem to be buying the right kit -
