GPX (and KML) - If going to Rocamadour

No 😍 for Rocamadour? :nenau

Great (if alas relying on tourist £ a bit too much....)
But architecture-wise very spectacular.
If you are a lover of fois gras and Sauternes :101 you'll be well served if at an eye watering price in this picturesque town.

Best perhaps I'd recommend is for you go to the west to La Gourmande du fois gras shop at: 44.79839, 1.47328
Just off the A820
And you can fill up at Total Energy almost next door.

p,.s if you are in a campervan wanting to stay o/n, you can so ( now for a small fee) at 44.79967 1.61654 which the Parking du Chateau above the old town.
There is fuel within a few hundred meters from there too at 44.80495 1.62580
If you are at the Chateau parking, there is a kiosk where you can buy your lift tickets (2 stages) to take you to the high street below unless you like a looong schlep on foot.
Make a note at what time they stop...:redlight

Planning on Stopping at Rocamadour, end of the Month...we are riding the French TET from Le Havre to the Pyrenees...or as far south as we can in 10 days...haven’t been for 20 years...stayed at the B&B on the top last time....is the lift to the bottom worth it, don't want to have to hard sell it to the lads, then get grief if it's not...
Cheers 👍

There are 2 lifts.
One ordinary dull one like a box and more interesting one ( albeit a very short ride) like a cheese wedge on rails.
Not worth a separate trip to experience unless you park at the top and don't fancy a long walk down ( and up!) to the 'high street'
